New payment formats for European banks for Credit transfer payments and Direct debit payments

From now on, European bank institutes have been starting to introduce the new payment formats for:
  • Credit transfer payments (new format: pain 001.001.09)
  • Direct Debit payments (new format: 008.001.08)
As far as we are informed, the great change in these new formats will be, that payments to third-country bank accounts (so called “foreign payments” to non-EU countries) will be included.
And there will be some changes in conjunction to addresses (from unstructured to structured format).

We would kindly ask if anybody could provide a document about what exactly will be changed in the payment (XML) -files?
Where can we find the information, which XML-tags should be filled with which information to create a valid payment file, for example for an egyptian or american payment recipient / bank account?

Any help is appreciated!
