Status Reason on Opportunity Close form

Since we upgraded our Dynamics CRM instance to the 2016 version, the Status Reason field on the Opportunity Close form has been condensed and now only shows 2 options when we click the dropdown. I have previously just added a spacer to the form when this has happened with other upgrades and the dropdowns on their forms. However, the Opportunity Close entity and forms are locked down and do not allow customizations. Is there any way I can expand this field to show more of the values in this option set?

Hi MCS_RTS,

I don't believe there is an easy way to get around this. The Form is uneditable.

I believe you have a couple of options:

1. Teach Users to use the scrollbar within the drop down box to surface other options.

2. Create your own HTML Dialogue box.
