    Hi AHH27,

There are a couple of ways to carry out a return from a project depending on the mechanism used to book the stock to the project.

    1. Project Item journal - If you haven't used Item Requirements then you can just use a project item journal to post the item transaction back into stock. Make sure you tag the return LOTID on the item journal if you are going to be returning to the supplier also. This would then allow you to process a correction/cancellation on the PO line also. Project item journals are set up in the Inventory module.

    2. Item Requirements - This is a lot more complex as there is also a Sales Order in play. In order to do this you would need to create a negative item requirement marking the return LOTID to be the same as the item that was originally issued. The process the delivery ote/packing slip. This would then allow you to process a correction/cancellation on the PO line also

3.If you have PO's linked to item requirements by applying the below settings in Project parameters-> General then you can create a negative PO line on the original PO which would create the negatve item requirement as well and adds the stock marking. Then just go to the negative item requirement to add the return LOTID and process the delivery note/packing slip to return the item to stock. Then process a correction/cancellation on the PO line also

    Hi KR

Thank you so much, I have now tested and it works.

If I understand you correct, no. 3 is only if I return the items to the supplier?

And no. 2, if I move the items to the warehouse?

Good afternoon, my dear friends, I am in a similar situation to point two, but I have not been able to find how to do the process "The process of delivery ote/packing slip", could someone guide me to complete the reception of the items?
