Printing the 1099 Report action Boots user out of Solomon and fails to print

I have a user with access to the all reports including the '1099 Preview' and '1099 Form' reports, when this user goes into the 03.730.000 screen and either clicks print button on that screen or on the print preview screen ( with the default printer selected) the user is promptly booted from Dynamic SL 7.0 Service Pack 4 with no message of any kind and the reports are not printed. All other reports print without this issue (using the default printer).

What would cause such an error? Any Suggestions?

You could try opening the Crystal Report and making sure there is no default printer set in there (Click the "No Printer" box if it isn't already checked.)

I have seen this happen when the printer is set to be some .pdf or .xps writer rather than a proper printer.
