Power pages, how to write notes from a Model-driven applicaiton

Hello,

We are currently working on a Customer Service implementation with a Portal for customers to create and manage tickets.

We have implemented the possibility to add notes to the ticket, that will be directly visible in the case form in the Model-driven application.

We can write notes just fine from the Power Page to the Model-driven, but we cannot write notes from the Model-driven to the PowerPage.

Normally, you would need to add *WEB¨ to your message, but since we use "rich text" when we write *WEB* it becomes WEB and the note is not visible in the Power Page.

We have deactivated the rich text and it works. But it makes the messages coming from the Power Pages nearly unreadable.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Thank you in advance,

Emma

Okay we found out you just have to delete once for the italic to go away.
