How do i create a "To call list" in CRM?
*This post is locked for comments
The following is an image from a CRM 2016 environment on how to do this: Obviously, you must have data already stored in your CRM database to work with this and have the security privileges to access Dashboards, and the capability to set up the underlying query to display the "To call list" data you want to see in the Dashboard view. I just use this because it came out of the box...
How do i arrange it, so that the list i make is done by topic?
I would set up different views for every topic and display the most important information on each view.
Like Adrian said, if your data is structured with a topic field in the "Call" Entity, for example, then you can have you ( or your Admin) create a dashboard ( or a view ) which will list all your calls ordered by some field, like Topic
Also, "topic" is a standard field in Leads. A "Call-List" could be constructed from leads using "Topics"
