I am facing this issue frequently in my dynamics crm mailbox
the issue is
::Smtp server returned 550 MailboxUnavailable exception::
::Detail Error is as::
Error : System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.4.5 Daily user sending quota exceeded. z2sm933900ota.1 - gsmtp
