Dynamics 365 : Smtp server returned 550 MailboxUnavailable exception

I am facing this issue frequently in my dynamics crm mailbox

the issue is

::Smtp server returned 550 MailboxUnavailable exception::

::Detail Error is as::

Error : System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.4.5 Daily user sending quota exceeded. z2sm933900ota.1 - gsmtp

Please help me out regards this.

    Hi

    You can read the message that the Daily user sending quota exceeded.

    Check with your email service provider.

    If it is gmail please refer the following:

    The email service provider limits the number of emails you can send or receive per day, and the number of people you can add as recipients.

    Hi Nithya,

    I am using gmail in my mailbox configuration

    i am sending around 400 emails daily but today i sent 10 mails only and all 10 mails sending failed due to this response.

    I have an organisational gmail account and I am not sending mails more than 400 and no. of recipient are same.

    Hi

    It could be related to your time zone settings in your gmail account. If you have set to different time zone (for example USA) then it should work fine after few hours.

    Change the time zone and try (because you already reached the limit, it may not work for today if it is because of different time zone).
