Management Reporter Column Headings Are Printing With Underlines, even after updating Tools>Options

I've updated Tools>Options to UN-check the box that says "automatically apply cell underline in column headers." But, I still have a couple of reports that are printing with underlined column headings, and I can't figure out how/where to change this.

I'm not sure what you mean by "what app" and "D365"?
