GP HR - EEO-1 Component 2 reporting

I've received two inquiries this week regarding Component 2 for EEO reporting. Does anyone have suggestions for how to retrieve this data from GP? I found the Component 1 report in HR but nothing similar with Wage data.

Microsoft recently released a Hot Fix which includes a modified report to do this. Or another method would be using a Smartlist Builder object or SQL view with Smartlist.

I am thinking the best action might be a sql view and utilize smartlist. If you have to upload information, the company gathering information has a templated to follow.

Don't know about these reports but what google search tells "Component 2 asks for employee's hours worked and pay information from their W-2 forms".

There are several built-in reports in GP which can provide these information and further custom reports can also be created through report writer and other reporting tools.
