Hello again,

can anyone explain the new resource types introduced in PSA version3?

    Hi Yasemeen zada. Resource Types are based on Unified Resource Scheduling, which PSA and FS use. The end-to-end process in PSA supports Resource Types of User and Contact but you might make the some other types work as well.
