Can't Export Solution from CRM Online

Hi guys,

I have a Dynamics CRM free trial account which works great and I was also able to successfully import an Unmanaged solution onto the site which went in perfectly fine. The Unmanaged solution was created on CRM 2013 SP1 on-premise originally.

Since putting it onto CRM Online, I've made further customisations to the Solution and now I wish to Export it again as an Unmanaged solution again. All of the Export Wizard forms work fine and I run through the process no worries, but at the end nothing happens. I never get the file download prompt and I've waited up to 20-30 minutes and have a fast internet connection etc.

I've tried both Managed and Unmanaged just to see if it makes a difference, and it doesn't. Both types won't download for me. I'm using Google Chrome (latest).

What happens if you try IE?

I tried IE straight after posting this thread and umm it worked perfectly!

Is this a known issue or by design with Dynamics Online + Chome?

The latest versions of Chrome have been breaking some things in CRM as of late. Not by design and is s known issue by Microsoft.
