D365 Call Center User needs to be Associated to more than 1 call center

Hello Community members: 
 
We have a customer scenario where the customer has Multiple Call Centers set up in D365F&O for their multiple brands and wants their Customer Service Reps to be associated with all of the call centers so that they can take phone orders for all of their Brands. 
Out of the box, this is not possible, as MSFT does not allow adding a user in more than 1 Call Center. Are there any workarounds or customization suggestions that can help achieve this functionality?
