Unable to update profile picture on Business Central tenant

Hi All,

Whenever I am trying to update the profile picture on my tenant ID, that picture doesn't get displayed on the Account Manager icon.

Please let me know if this is the default behavior of Business Central or the approach is different.

Please suggest.

    Hi Praveen,

    I think Business Central picks up the data from Microsoft 365 or Office 365.

    After you have updated the profile pic on Microsoft 365, make sure to Refresh All Groups  on Users.

    Hello Praveen - I think what Olister is saying is to refresh the user groups inside Business Central.  Below are the steps:

    1. Search Users.

    2. On the Users List click Process > Refresh User Groups and Get New Users from Office 365

    Just as Andy said clearly what I mentioned.

    Goto Business Central > Search for Users > Use Refresh All User Groups Action button.

    Try this.
