Error updating / import database organization from 8.0 to 8.2

Hi

We are having some trouble updating to CRM 365, 

We run the installation (import 8.0 database in deployment manager) the first time and get the following error message:

After this the installation stops and we restart it. Now the errors disappears and it imports successful.

After that the database is imported as version 8.0 and we try to update the org and get this error

From the error log

5:38:17|Warning| Cannot open the database (SDEVELOPMENT_MSCRM) on the SQL Server (S-XX\UTV) to check if it is a valid CRM database. Please verify that the user has access to this database and correct any other errors.The process will continue, but it returns this database as NOT valid CRM database. Exception: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot open database "SDEVELOPMENT_MSCRM" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'XXX/XXXXX

- The user should have access to the database - so it is strange this warning

16:04:49| Error| Login: SSF\capcrmuser, Host: S-CRM-DEVmmc, Database: SDEVELOPMENT_MSCRM, User: XXX/XXXXX Program: MSCRMmmc

    User has access to the database and SQL is running

    Please check whether you SQL is running or not.

    Also check the user has got access to the database.
