Record Creation and Update Rules - change the default assignment from one user to another

Hello All:
 
In Dynamics 365, in case settings, in the automatic record creation and update rules, I have a  Rule name called 'Create Case'.  This Rule creates a case and assigns it to a user.  I need to change the assignment to another user.  How do I do that?
 
The Create Case rule configuration is located in Power Automate.  I'm guessing there is field in there to modify to point to a different user.

    Hi,
     
    We analyzed the information you provided and based on our testing, if you manually assign /CASE/ to a user, it will change the /owner/ of this record. As shown below


    After our testing we found that the owner of /CASE/ has nothing to do with PowerAutomate, what you need to change is the /Owner whose permissions the rule uses to run/ in the /Advanced/ tab.
