I am receiving 2 different types of Error while trying to Log-in.

I am having the latest SDK version on my machine.
Actually I am able to Login using one of the trial Organisation but when i try to Login using the one i actually want to connect to I get the mentioned Error.
I am unable to understand the reason for it.

I am Able to Login to the Organisation from my Browser.
Yes I am System, Adminstrator
As per error looks like you do not have access to Any Orgs? Are you sure you have access to atleast one CRM Org?
