Impersonating Users in CRM

Posted on by 2,355

Hey all,

I came across this article the other week and thought it would be great to have the ability to impersonate users in the CRM. I've given myself perms to the Delegate for the prvActOnBehalfOfAnotherUser however can someone help me complete the second step?

Also, just want to make sure that impersonating a user would be like me taking over the users account and seeing what they see based on their perms / security roles, correct?
