After upgrading to Dynamics SL 2011 from v. 6.5 SP3, we cannot use the AP Payment Selection process.  The screen crashes with the following error:

We are running in a terminal server environment (Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, SQL Server 2008 R2 64-bit).  SL and SQL are not on the same server and SQL is a named instance.

I tried running the AP Payment Selection process with fatal diagnostics turned on in the event log options and I got this error at the end of the event log.

schk(pmsg={call AP_Pay_Select(  'KNEAL',,poption=SqlState = 01000 NativeError = 16954 Er,cursor=2,err=16954)

There is a hot fix for this error.

    Look at KB article 2551470.

I've already run the script from  KB article 2551470.  That doesn't fix my issue.
