ReportAfter upgrading to Dynamics SL 2011 from v. 6.5 SP3, we cannot use the AP Payment Selection process. The screen crashes with the following error:
We are running in a terminal server environment (Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, SQL Server 2008 R2 64-bit). SL and SQL are not on the same server and SQL is a named instance.

I tried running the AP Payment Selection process with fatal diagnostics turned on in the event log options and I got this error at the end of the event log.
