9999 job not found

Hello,

I have initialized Commerce schedule jobs and the parameters. I don't see 9999 job but see other ones such as 1000, etc. as per MS docs there is a step to run this job after the channel database is configured. please advice.

Make sure you have run both 'Initialise commerce scheduler' and clicked the 'Initialise' button in the General section of the Commerce parameters.

Check that your Channel database exists and then repeat the Initialisation steps. If it doesn't appear then, log a support ticket with Microsoft.

From the question it is not clear where exactly you don't see it. There are several locations where it can be seen. If you don't see it in Channel Database:

Then navigate to Distribution Schedule, select the job 9999 then click "Add" in the Channel Database Groups:

Once added:

It will also become available in Channel Database:
