Cannot invoice for remained quantity of an item in PO in AX 2012

Hi,

I tried to invoice an item that has remained quantity in a PO in AX. In the screenshot below, the first item (first line) has ordered quantity 40 & I already invoiced 30 (so the remained quantity is 10). For some reason that I don't know, this item with remained quantity 10 is not shown up when I tried to invoice it. Please help me.

I see a Pending Invoice Quantity as 10 which means some one was trying to do the invoice for the remaining 10 but might have ended with some error. Look the invoice in Pending invoices list and try to invoice from there or you can delete from pending invoices and come back and do invoicing from here.

You can cancel the invoice remainder or the delivery remainder.

could be that an other invoice matching is active and locked that row.

look at the vendor, are there other pending invoices?
