Difference between job run from channel database and distribution schedule?
Hi partner,
I can not understand you clearly.
As far as I know, they are two steps in one operation.
Please check :

The main difference is that "Distribution Schedule" allows you to run delta\incremental sync but "Channel Database" Full Sync only, please find more details here: docs.microsoft.com/.../04-schedules (Channel Database experience is described closer to the end of the article)
