I am trying to undo my bank statements from previous periods but it keeps on saying "Statement 21 already exists" I could delete the statement but it would not reverse the application and the entries would stay Closed. How do I fix this? Hope you can help. Thank you.

Hello,

If you are not getting further responses from the community, please consider to raise a ticket to Microsoft via your partner or CSP. Best is probably to first ask your partner so he can take a look at the data.

Please check the last statement number in bank account card. The statement number of posted rec was 21 and last statement number in bank account card must be 21. If someone has manually changed it to 20, when you try to undo 21, then system will give an error saying statement 21 already exist, because system is trying to create a rec that is already posted.
