Calculated field in Report Writer, I need help

Posted on by 95

Have a report based on em00103 that shows customer # and aging period amounts (array 1-4).  Accounting department has asked if an amount is system default credit (1234.33) if I can set the field to zero.  The report is passed on the a credit reporting agency that has no need of a credit balance.  I have gotten into the calculated field 'wizard' and started to create one.  I can pick the filed, pick the array index but how to i specify if the amount is credit to set to 0 and if not use the value.  What do I say field is equal to?

You need to use the Conditional form of a calculated field. If the balance is less than zero, print 0, otherwise print the field balance.
