How to get alert for expiring Trade agreements

We are just the process of implementing D365 fin &Ops, we need a way to get alerted when Trade agreements are expiring.

The only screen i can see active trade agreements are under Price and discount management workspace > an hyperlink with active agreements but i cant filter that page down for the due date

I have thought of that but the trade agreements expire on different days, how to make that dynamics, i cant figure out or maybe there might be another solution

Alert rules is what you can get out of the box just as BillurSamdancioglu suggested.

If you something more dynamic, you should consider customizing using a batch job that checks the trade agreements and sends notifications.

Thanks for your feedback, I have two questions?

1. Do you have any online resource that can support me in creating the batch job

2. On the workspace Price &trade agreement in the image below, the advanced filter options doesn't work on that page. Any clue on why that is happening?

Hi komi,

Setting a filter on the page doesnt work,

For example i set a filter for the To date field came back empty as shown in the image below

Hi Andre Arnaud de Calavon and Komi Siabi ,

The date was a bad example, i was trying to filter the page by adding other columns using advanced filter,

For example i joined the trade agreement journal lines table to the view to be able filter down the list of active trade agreement for each journal number, i got an null records (empty result)

Hi Ayodeji,

Why are you trying to link the lines to get a specific trade agreement where there is already an end date on the trade agreements?
