We are receiving the error 429, and Quicksell will terminate... any suggestions?

    Thank you for your question.

Please note that QuickSell 2000 is no longer supported by Microsoft.

However, the Runtime Error 429 is often times an issue with ActiveX components.

I would check your hardware configuration and any updates to recently applied to make sure that there are no issues with either.

    Thank you,

sounds like a driver or opos issue.

Both responses are accurate. If you have the installation media available I recommend you do a clean uninstall, delete the program files folder and re-install the application. If you have any modified reports or receipts back the folders up to the desktop before proceeding, perform a backup and make sure your credit cards are settled. ps. I'd recommend that you get onto a supported RMS at some point in the very near future.
