We have new account numbers added to GP with transactions posted. We updated the rows in management reporter to capture the data. Is is necessary to update the datamart to pick up these new accounts?

Re-ran the steps above and now results are fine. We will continue to monitor to see if this occurs again in the future months.

Thank you. This corrected the problem for one month. Not sure why it is necessary to rebuild the datamart. The information should be picked up automatically. Any other thoughts?

If you are able to open a row format and select the account in MR, it should be able to see the balance for that account. You may want to check the MR Configuration Console and ensure the DDM integration is running. You do not normally need to do anything for the data to come through. You could also try refreshing the DDM as a troubleshooting step.

    1. Close all instances of MR and back up the MR database.

    2. Start the Configuration Console and click on the integration under ERP Integrations.

    3. Click the Disable Integration button and wait a moment for that to take effect.

    4. Click the Remove link in the top-right.

    5. Stop the MR services at the top level of the Configuration Console and then delete the DDM database from SQL.

    6. In the Configuration Console, start the MR services and then click File -> Configure and deploy a new DDM integration.

    7. Enable the integration and wait for the initial load to complete.
