Quotation mark text qualifier does not work in first column (Data management)

Hi all,

I have configured a data management job to export a few fields in the shown data format. All columns are set to use text qualifiers but for some reason the quotation marks are not applied to the first column.

It works when I change to another text qualifier (such as *).

What can I do to make it work with quotation marks?

Contacted MS support and got told that the quotation marks are correctly applied. The root issue is just how Excel is processing unicode: https://help.core.cin7.com/hc/en-us/articles/9034590192015-Unicode-UTF-8-characters-Chinese-characters-Barcodes-etc-and-CSV-files#heading-2

I have verified this by opening the same file as used earlier for testing in a notepad.
