How to setup this format of 1099 report in FO ?

HI Alireza:

yes, i have found all of these document settings but it seems that there is no setting for show my image, i am not sure if this is the format for a local printer? or i missing some settings. i want to know who have print this format report and then can give some guide? or who use printer 1099 report ? thank you very much.

Hi,
Have you reviewed the guide Set up vendors for 1099 reporting - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn?

Regarding the attached screenshot, I’m not familiar with it, but you have the option to generate this report using Electronic Reporting.
