Dual write fails on Customer sync using CustCustomerV3Entity - Cannot create a record in Locations (LogisticsLocationExt).

Good afternoon,

Synchronising Customers from CRM to F&O using Dual-write fails with an error:

"Write failed for entity Customers V3 with unknown exception - Cannot create a record in Locations (LogisticsLocationExt). Location: 0. The record already exists."

The location field in LogisticsLocationExt should correspond to the matching record in DirPartyTable and also LogisticsLocation. However, it is inserting every record with a value of 0. This means that the first customer that we sync in a particular legal entity syncs correctly. The second record fails because the Location field is a key field in the table.

I'm unsure as to where to start with this. I can insert values using Customers V3 via Excel or via x++ code, but using dual write causes this failure. Is anyone able to assist please?

I have the same question (0)
