Use Appointments.  They have the added benefit of showing in the salesperson's Outlook calendar.

You can add additional fields or relationships to the Appointment record (e.g. Order Received Yes/No; or a lookup to an Order or a 1:N grid of orders received) for any particular outcomes you want to track associated with a specific appointment.

He can make comments in the details section.

He can even attach files if he needs to to the appointment record.

    Go to Settings>Customizations>Customize the System>Entities>Appointment.

    New field:

Click on New field.  Name the field. If you want a yes/no field then select 2-options.

Then add the field onto the form by selecting the section you want it to appear in.  Double click on the field to move it onto the form and then move it around using the arrow keys.

If a 1:N relationship  is what you want then:

Click on New field.  Name the field. If you want a yes/no field then select 2-options.

Then add the field onto the form by selecting the section you want it to appear in.  Double click on the field to move it onto the form and then move it around using the arrow keys.

    Add another type of relationship:

Click into the left hand navigation section of the form

You will be given the option of creating a N:1 or a N:N relationship

You can add it into related records by adding it into the left hand navigation related record list.

You can also add a sub-grid section to the form by clicking on the add sub-grid button.

    IN ALL CASES:

Save your changes and then Publish all customizations.

    Refresh your screen.

You would create a separate appointment for each visit.  Definitely do not keep an appointment open for multiple visits.  (that was if you were using Opportunity).

The error message is just telling you that Adhithiya Textiles does not have an email address loaded.  Remove them from the Required and Optional fields or load an email address for that Account.

If you remove them from the Required and Optional fields  then add the salesperson in as a required attendee for the meeting - make sure they have an email address on their User profile and the error should go away.
