Hi,

Hope someone can help on this.

I have data already in the "campaign entity. However when creating a customer journey I cannot find the option to add existing campaigns.. Is that something which is included in marketing OOTB that campaigns can be used?

Or we can only use events?

    Hi,

    It cannot be done unfortunately.

Since campaigns are created for marketing list which can contain contacts/ accounts/ leads but customer journey are created for segments/ subscription list which can contain contacts only.

For more details about the differences between them, please refer to the following article.
