Hi,

I am trying to install D365 Expense Mobile App and I am getting above mentioned error.
I have done some analysis on the error, and found that these entities are actually not their in datasource. Any Idea how can I get these entities.
D365 F&O version
Installed product version : 10.0.35 (10.0.1627.92)Installed platform version : Update59 (7.0.6972.126)

Thanks In Advance.

    Hello,

We were also running into this issue when trying to install Mobile expense app.

The solution for us was to take the most recent .37 F&O Quality Update for the environment via LCS. With mobile just hitting GA recently, it seems the mserp_mobile entities were not OOB and needed to get installed from a MSFT package.

Once the QU is in place, run "Refresh Target Entity List" in F&O. This can be found in Data Management > Framework Parameters > Entity Settings.

If the refresh entity list batch job doesn't run (sits in "Waiting" status), make sure your batch service is running in the environment. This can be done by logging into the CHE, opening Services application, and running the service "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service."

Hopefully this is helpful - the documentation is thin at this point, but this resolved the issue for us.

    Best of luck!
