How can one sell Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Licenses- not being a partner, however wish to become a partner?

We are MS GP 2010 Users. Have a sales lead for implementing MS GP 2010 at a client. how can i sell the GP licenses?

We have acquired certification though but not yet a partner at Microsoft dynamics GP.

    I don't think you can.

    At the last partner I worked for there was an error in the configuration of the partner account where not all of the certifications showed up which meant they appeared to not be a valid partner and we were unable to sell licences until this was resolved.
