We have made the switch from forms pro to Customer Voice. Forms pro used to be an app on the Office 365 menu. For a while, forms pro items were still showing in forms and when you clicked on them it took you to customer voice.
Customer voice is not available on the app switcher menu, nor is it available on the Office 365 menu. How am I supposed to direct my users to access this like they would access any of the other O365/Dynamics apps?
