I am working on a flow that uses the Approvals connector to send an approval email and get a response, but need to track that approval email inside of Dynamics. From other posts/blogs, I see there's a possibility of using the CDS (current environment) connector's "bound action", but is there another way of being able to track?

Instead, an approver must inspect each record and decide whether to allow it to Go live, or whether more work is needed. The approver is typically an administrator or manager who is specifically identified as an approver in the system.
