First you study all the Microsoft development materials. then you will come to know some basics in AX.
After that you can start development using blogs.

Microsoft Dynamics Ax is very vast. Learning the subject would take time. Online you can get some blogs but the main thing would be your practical efforts. There are step by step example of various topics, you can follow those example. But first of all get the content information such as what are the things to learn in Microsoft Dynamics AX. I have some content and pdf files which can help you.

The learning portal that Javier suggested is a very good source for getting started. Yet, I would recommend that you try focusing on things related to your role (developer, functional Consultant, etc.). Otherwise, you might get overwhelmed with training materials.
What is also an excellent source for information/Trainings/etc. is this Microsoft Dynamics community site. Just check out the blog posts and training videos that you can access from this action bar on top.
