Hello Everyone.

I need some Functional help.There is one user who is HR Manager.I have to assign the permission to that user.What are the permission that will be suitable to HR only to view the datas related to his departments.

Hi Sulav,

There are few permission sets for HR in the standard setup. When you browse through those, you can get an idea of what sorts of permissions can be assigned.

Please check the below screenshot.

I can only add that it might be also a matter of your database localization, as the payroll and HR module might be quite different from country to country. If you would need only to allow viewing certain pages, you can create a custom permission set for viewing just those.

As a standard NAV (W1 Version), you only have Employee master available in the system.

If at all you have implemented any specific Add-On module, there must be some role available in the system for HR Manager.

It depends on the organisation, if they would like to give any specific rights for certain MIS pertaining to Financials or Sales etc.
