Since Dynamics 365 version 9.0 update Chrome does not work

Hi,

Some of our users cannot access Dynamics 365 since the latest update (9.0) through Google Chrome. Are there any known issues or workarounds? The users can only access the Dynamics 365 environment with Internet Explorer but working in this browser is not optimal.

    Hi RolfKruitwagen,

    This article lists supported browsers for various versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM.

    Despite the official support for Dynamics 365 version 9.0 on Google Chrome in Windows, it is not currently working.

    I expect that Microsoft will fix the issues with using Dynamics 365 version 9.0 through Google Chrome soon. In the meantime, I recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer as your browser for accessing Dynamics 365 version 9.0.

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to contact Microsoft Support. I do not have problem using Google Chrome with CRM online.

    BEfore that, you can try to clear cache or update the browser.

    I am using Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) With V9.1

    Hi,

    Is this has started happening after V9 upgrade? When you load is it just keep saying loading but doesn't load anything? If Yes try to access your CRM in Incognito mode and see if it works. If it works then you need to clear cache.

    I just have a customer upgraded to V9 and Chrome started acting up. Will hang on loading forms, but the users could log-in into the application.

    After troubleshooting, I found that if you clear cookies/browsing history and cache it starts working again (chrome>settings>advanced>clear browsing data)

    We tested this in a handful of computers and it made it consistently work again. Hope this helps.
