Problem wiht quick creation form

I have a problem and I do not know how to solve it, when I try to use the quick creation form of any entity, it does not open (see photo), I do not know what may be happening. It only works when I load the page, then it stops working.

Hi ,

This was happening Microsoft recent release of Dynamics 365 in Chrome browser only. So many user has raised similar issue , wait for until Microsoft fix the bug in next release. Meanwhile you can use Internet Explorer which works fine.
