Currently there is no approval process for purchase requisition worksheet. So is it possible to make approval process for requisition worksheet?

You can setup approval process for purchase orders that are generated based on requisition worksheet suggestions.
Unfortunately approval process is not available in Purchase Requisition screen.
You can go for small Customisations, if at all needed.
Also, at times we have used Purchase Quote for Purchase Requisition functionality. Here you can create requisition, you already have approval process here, you can also create PO from here. Just see, if it works in your scenario.
