    i tested "adfs.mydomain.com/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon"

in anywhere (local server , clinet local computer , internet) just administrator of adfs server can be able to confirm a successful logon.

and other user display that error.

i use one account for adfs server administrator and crm server administrator.

The configuration is not correct somewhere, there are no additional steps needed for them to access via IFD besides just setting it up.

Are they using DOMAIN\User to login or Email Addresses on the ADFS login screen?

Do you see any errors in the event viewer on the ADFS server that has more information?

    Hi,

you may need to test ADFS sign in:

    www.dagint.com/how-to-test-if-adfs-is-functioning

CRM would not be displaying that kind of message - it seems to be an authentication issue, so the error is, likely, coming from ADFS.
