We signed up for Dynamics 365 Customer Service (online) in Feb 2018, and added Sales and Marketing (online) in Mar 2018. We've been researching video tutorials on how to use the products, and have all noticed that the screens in every Microsoft promotional YouTube video and screenshot we see on the web, look much better than the ones we see in our tenant. The navigation bars look great, options for creating email templates look better and easier, the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook looks much better. We are on Enterprise version 9, which appears to be the latest, but the screens are hard to navigate, lack any styling, don't offer built-in templates, and are quite buggy, to name a few things. Some of the menu options in training videos simply are not listed on our version.
What do we have to do to get the latest version that we are seeing everywhere?

Microsoft has released the Spring 2018 update version # is 9.0.2.54 (This is on my demo version)
Microsoft may not have made this version available / upgraded yet to / for all users.
As per this link the latest version is still 9.0.1.0733

Check you Dynamics 365 version #.
If you want to upgrade you can check in the admin portal or contact Microsoft to schedule your upgrade.
