Filter lookup field based on another lookup Real time marketing form

Hi  All,
 
I found this article related to filter lookup field city based on selected country, but can not find any similar configurations for real time marketing journey. Is that something possible to do for new Real time marketing journey form?
Could someone on this please? thank you!

    Hi,
     
    I'm afraid this is not possible.
    In the real-time Form Designer, the filtering for the City Lookup field is view-based.
    This means that only records from a specific view will be displayed.
     
    In the published form, when the lookup field is clicked, a web request is generated to return the records for a specific view.
    This request is system designed and cannot be customized to return customized records.

    Did you find any solution to this requirement.
    i also have a similar situation and trying to see what event listener we have to use to filter a lookup field based on anotehr field, on the Marketing form ( Real Time)
