User is not an admin of CDS organization

I am facing the issue while adding the "Dynamics Marketing" as source in Customer Insights through Common Data Service. It shows the error of "User is not an admin of CDS organization". In Dynamics Marketing I am System Admin and still i am facing this issue I don't know apart from system Admin where I need to set the privileges to make this error resolved.

    Hello Onkareshwar,

    It appears that this is complaining of the actual dynamics user needing System Admin on the Dynamics Organization itself. Can one of the Dynamics admins open up the org url: campari-it-crm-production.crm4.dynamics.com then click the gears icon in the upper right corner > click advanced settings > then click Settings > security > users > open up the user record > click manage roles and provide the System Admin role here

    Please let me know if that corrects the issue.

    Thanks Tyson for your response, but I already have the System Admin role on Dynamics Organization and above I already mentioned that on my question. Still I am facing the issue.

    Hello Onkareshwar,

    Acknowledged. I saw in the question that you had admin on Dynamics Marketing and not on the actual Dynamics org. Can you provide the username that you are attempting to use here? Is it "Onkareshwar Koppal" or a different user?

    Can you please share the Customer Insights session details (setting icon on the top right side > Session details) as well as the Dataverse / CDS environment you are trying to connect to so we can look into this further?     Hi Tyson.

    I don't know the difference between access of Dynamics Marketing and access of actual Dynamics org. But whatever steps you mentioned above like  "click the gears icon in the upper right corner > click advanced settings > then click Settings > security > users > open up the user record > click manage roles and provide the System Admin role here" as per this I have system admin role and checked that again. The User Name is same as Dynamics CI and Dynamics Marketing "Onkareshwar Koppal".

    Hi Aditya, I sent the email but got the undeliverable reply like "The group skudr only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."
