Where can I find a download for Business Portal for GP10?

Firstly, are there different versions of Business Portal that are used for different versions of GP? Specifically, does BP 5.0/5.1 work with GP10? If so, the second part of my question is answered here, and I don't require any further assistance.

If not, where would I find a download for the version of BP for GP10?

Both links does not work on us. We've been trying to find on our customer and partner account where to download the GP 10 business Portal for Server 2008. We've lost our installer and the last link on our Bookmark doesn't load anymore. I hope you can help us on this. Thanks in advance.

The first link below is BP 4.0 RTM for Dynamics GP 10.0. If you are installing on a Windows 2008 machine, you'll need the BP 4.0 FP install (second link).
