Unable to activate Hybrid App in Android Device

When trying to activate CPOS in Hybrid App which build from Retail SDK in an android(version 11) device, 

At  step -3 Authentication:  no response received to the app even though  successful sign in completed on  browser  opened by  app. 

After Sign in competed browser redirects to activation page and App stuck in Authentication step with a 'Start over option'

 If we are doing start over we are getting following error.

what can be the reason for this behavior and  how we can fix this issue?

    Hi mariya11,

    When you activate CPOS,the AAD account must already be mapped. For instructions, see Configure, install, and activate Modern POS (MPOS).

    Thank you for the response.

    AAD account is already mapped to the worker in headquarters who also has access in the store  trying to activate.

    Can you browser the FnO URL on a browser in the mobile device and make sure that there is no certificate errors ? If the PDT device is running an old version of android with no recent update, there are chances that RCA or Intermediate certificate required to validate new certificates could be missing.

    To troubleshoot this, you can also try installing the apk on your personal mobile device which could have all the latest RCA and intermedia certificates.

    Dear all,

    Thank you for the responses.

    managed to activate Hybrid App, by clearing cache in device and browser, making setting change in browser and by restarting retail server
