Hi, good day I hope this can help you, and give you some hints. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-prepare-dynamics-365-for-sales-for-integration?wt.mc_id=MVP_354389#single-and-bi-directional-synchronization-of-sales-orders
Best Regards Gerardo
Hi
If you're still unable to sync sales orders, quotes, or invoices from Dynamics 365 Sales to Business Central, here are the key areas to double-check:
1. Required Entity Coupling Even with sync enabled, any uncoupled dependencies (like Customers, Currencies, Units of Measure) can silently block sync.
2. Trigger Conditions for Sync In bidirectional sync, syncing typically begins when a Sales Order is marked “Submitted.”
3. Integration User Privileges The integration user must have System Administrator rights in Dataverse
4. Sync Job Timing Sync is not real-time—it runs on a schedule or is manually triggered
5. Setup Wizard Recheck Sometimes a previous configuration—especially from legacy sync—can interfere.
Here’s a helpful Microsoft guide on Troubleshooting Synchronization Errors and a community thread explaining Bidirectional Sync Behavior in detail. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-troubleshoot-sales-synchronization https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=d4c85eb6-2d0b-f011-bae3-7c1e520100ca If you find this helpful, feel free to mark this as the suggested or verified answer. Regarding the "Automatically Create Sales Orders" and "Automatically Process Sales Quotes" toggles:
These toggles in Business Central's Dynamics 365 Sales connection should automate sales order and quote creation from Sales. They might not be working due to:
Check the Dynamics 365 Connection Setup, Job Queue Entries, the status of your Sales orders/quotes, and the Synchronization Log in Business Central.
Regarding Write-In Products:
Business Central typically handles write-in products from Dynamics 365 Sales by mapping them to a pre-configured non-inventory item or a G/L account. The description and price usually transfer. You can configure this in the "Sales & Receivables Setup" or the Dynamics 365 Connection Setup. Look for a "No. for Write-in Products" field.

These toggles are part of the integration settings between Dynamics 365 Sales and BC. Their functionality is as follows:
Automatically Create Sales Orders: When enabled, BC will automatically create a sales order upon the submission of a sales order in Dynamics 365 Sales.
Automatically Process Sales Quotes: When enabled, BC will automatically process a sales quote when it's created and activated in Dynamics 365 Sales.
