Business Process Flows in D365 for Marketing

I'm having trouble getting custom BPFs to work in the Marketing application.

The default BPF (Lead to opportunity marketing sales process) works no problem, but no others seem to.

I've tried creating a copy of the default process to customise but even this won't work. It isn't a security role issue, as it doesn't work for system admins or anyone who has been given access via their security role. You can switch to the Process from the Lead record, but it doesn't bring up the flow stages below the ribbon as it should. Has anyone else encountered this? Hopefully I'm just missing something simple!

    J,

You have to create an app and add it to the Marketing App module to get the BPF to work.   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/design-custom-business-apps-using-app-designer will provide info how how to design custom apps.  We're also working with our content editor to get an example of how specifically to do this for Marketing to the Marketing help documentation.

    Thanks,

    Megan

    Hi Ravi

No, when you select it from Switch process it still does not appear. If you then click back into Switch process you can see that it is ticked as the active Process, but it doesn't actually appear in the Lead. Have tried in a couple of browsers and the behaviour is the same in each unfortunately.

    Hi,

When you select it from Switch process even then it is not appearing? Did you try a new browser? If the BPF is selected in the Switch process then it should work.

    Hope this helps.
