We are Facing A lot of difficulties with the search of item in Rms. The search options in RMS really has to be configured to sensitive search. Items are hard to search. we have to type the exact description of an item than it search’s but we won’t be able to remember exact descriptions of so many item and when we type two or three words from a description it doesn't even search.

Is this on a POS screen for doing Sales Orders? Do you have the large Touchscreen interface buttons enabled?
We ran in to this same issue and were pointed towards the DRS SWAT search add-on. It has definitely worked for us better than the standard search function, but it also has it's own learning curve.
Another option I found when looking for replacements was the System Solutions' Item Search. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try this first hand, but it looks pretty good!
