Hi, According to the official documentation, the Conditional Content feature in Dynamics 365 is designed primarily for the body of the email, not for the subject or the sender's email address. Please refer to the documentation in the link below https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/conditional-content#when-should-you-use-conditional-content So we think your needs are not met within the out-of-the-box functionality, you can try using Power Automate, or some customized plugins to meet your needs.
