Hi,

I am working on creating the conditional content marketing email.

Is it possible to add the conditional content to from email and subject?

Hi,

According to the official documentation, the Conditional Content feature in Dynamics 365 is designed primarily for the body of the email, not for the subject or the sender's email address.

So we think your needs are not met within the out-of-the-box functionality, you can try using Power Automate, or some customized plugins to meet your needs.
